RENOVATED AND ADAPTED FROM AN 1890's COLD STORAGE VEGITABLE AND FRUIT MARKET, THIS SUITE IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF WHAT IS NOW KNOWN AS THE BROOKLYN OFFICE CENTER IN DOWNTOWN OSHKOSH.

STYLE
EXISTING HARDWOOD FLOORS WERE RETAINED AND RESTORED AS WELL AS THE HEAVY TIMBER STRUCTURE. THE 600 SF LOFT WAS CONSTRUCTED FROM TIMBERS SALVAGED FROM ANOTHER PORTION OF THE BUILDING.
INDERCT LIGHTING AND ALL LIGHT FIXTURES ARE FLEXIBLE AND CAN BE PLACED WHEREVER NEEDED.
THE EXPOPSED BRICK ACCENT WALLS WERE CLEANED AND RETAINED.
CONSTRUCTED IN 1982 AND OCCUPIED AS AN ARCHITECTS OFFICE FOR 25 YEARS.
